Agency just called to tell me so I could relax over the weekend

Don't know what they're offering as it's being discussed Monday, but should be at least equivalent to current package with luck.

Am ecstatic and so relieved that I will be escaping all the crap that's been thrown my way over the past months.

Yes it was an assessment day after the 1st interview. I'll be working from home though.

I've done the deed and told my Sales Director. He was shocked, doesn't want me to leave and wants me to reconsider. Is off site for 2 days and will call me on Friday. Told him I will not reconsider.

Not sure yet about the notice. He is going to talk to me on Friday as he wants me to reconsider. Which I wont of course. Haven't told them I've got a new job as it's not relevant.

Solicitor (and sis) think I have a good case to say I'm not working from now but I don't want to do that - pride thing.
