Hey everyone,
I’ve been trying to improve my sleep naturally and came across Valerian Root tincture. I switched from melatonin because it sometimes made me feel groggy in the morning.
After about a week of Valerian, my sleep seems deeper but not heavy like I actually wake up rested.
I’m curious if anyone here prefers Valerian, Passionflower, or Ashwagandha for sleep and relaxation? Also, do you take it before bed or throughout the day for anxiety?
