What to buy son in law for his 50th ???

Anyone any ideas what I can buy for my son in laws 50th?
He enjoys astrology and Lego but those things have been catered for by others.
I was thinking maybe a Bbq but then hadn't realised how many different types there are!

Please help!!

Say a bit more about him? Job (roughly)? What kind of holiday did they go on last? What sort of budget are you thinking?

A membership/ subscription to an art gallery, national trust or RHS , or something sporty.

Or a mixed hamper (IE fortnum, M&S), cheese hamper, seafood hamper, bottle of whisky/gin, restaurant voucher.

What does he like doing? Does he like cooking? You're thinking of a barbecue, what about an outdoor pizza oven or a fire pit?
