Dove Body Wash change of smell?

When I was planning my hospital bag with the births of my children, I always bought original dove body wash because it is calming to me and reminds me of that time having my babies. Now when I buy Dove it doesn't smell the same and you dont get those fragrance memories. Has anyone else noticed this?

OP sympathies. Can’t help you re recent smell changes but 35 or so o years ago when Dove first came out, their shower gel smelled divine - so incredibly clean and fresh and that soapy clean smell stayed with you and on your skin for hours.

Then, they changed it completely and I never ever bought it again. I’ll give the bottle the occasional sniff in the supermarket when I’m passing, but it’s never the same.

Same. I got a wax melts other day that smelled like it and remembered that I was sad it had changed. Just takes me back to when I gave birth 🙂

What were the wax melts and where from pl?

If it's of interest, Perfume Parlour do a Dove scent, which smells like the soap.

Have just noticed that they also do melts, candles and diffusers with the same scent.
