Just wondering how people find the time to go on MN

This is not an accusatory comment in any way. I'm just wondering how people find the time to go on MN, partic during the day. Maybe their kids are at school or asleep?
It's just that the only time I can get the time to get onto MN is when I'm in work - naughty, I know!
How does everyone else manage it? I can barely brush my teeth when I'm looking after DS, never mind chat on here!!

I ignore my children

at work
or at night when they are in bed

when I am off work I play with them
or clean!

so no MN for me from say Thurs evening until Tuesday morning sometimes as at weekends I prefer to be in RL and not cyberspace

my children do not leave me alone for more than 2 mins, no chance of going on the computer in peace

No, no, no - you have it all wrong. It's all about finding time for RL.

Yep, Ignoe 'em - my children are exhausted from the park (still half term here) so are listening to a Horrid henry CD and I'm having a well earned cuppa.

tbh my puter sits in the corner of the louhnge purring away so I just pop on and off when I can!

as I'm a teacher I can't do the 'at work' thing!

My kids quite happily play downstairs. They can't hurt themselves, only each other. If it goes quiet for more than five minutes I go and check on them. My mum comes round as well, so I end up being on here for ages.

At this moment in time it's the gap between me getting home from work and dd being dropped off by grandma. Usually I'm here in the evening or very occasionally at work (naughty too).

I MN while BFing.

I'm working from home today, but sometimes find time when I'm in the office too. Otherwise it's once the children are in bed or engrossed in the television.

At work. I never manage to get on at home.

iPhone, DD who will only nap on me during the day. Easy peasy! In fact I don't know what I would have done without MN since she was born. It's kept me sane.

only do this at work. When at home I am cleaning or going out of the house shopping or visiting friends, taking ds swimming etc.

My home time is too precious tbh to spend it on MN. Even my evenings are times for me and DH or my RL friends. At work we are currently so unbusy that I spend quite a bit of time on here. When we get busy again (hopefully soon) then I tend not to MN at all.

I neglect the housework I was supposed to be having a clear out of all the bedrooms but lasted about 25 mins as kept stopping to check out certain threads.

I am working at the moment (can you tell?). Every so often I quickly click on threads I'm on. I can usually type a response pretty quickly so in terms of the amount of my day it's not that much. And I work for myself so if I'm no actually working I'm not getting paid anyway really.

In the evenings when DS is in bed, usually before DH is home, I have a window of time to myself between about 7 and 8.

My house is a mess
