Shock absorber bras are very good, try a few different styles, shapes and brands on though as they vary in comfortableness! IYKWIM!

Thanks, I'll have a look round for them.

another vote for the shock absorber ones

Not a problem I have (my boobage is depressingly underwhelming, even at 37 weeks pregnant!) but my running buddies who are in that boat all swear by Enell sports bras. They are pretty substantial and apparently the dogs for supporting the larger chested lady!

Enell is the bees knees. I have one, although tbh I don't really need it as I don't run, I usually use an ordinary Anita one for gym stuff. There is no movement at all in an Enell bra though.

tallbirduk is def right about the Enell it's the business. Looks hideous, but def does the trick. That's pretty much a rule, that the more hideous the bra, the better it works. lessbounce.co.uk does them.

Berlei's Shock Absorber's also really good, go for a Level 4 bra - anything less won't be up to the job.

figleaves also do a bra by Goddess - it's their ComfortZone sports bra. It's good if you're breastfeeding and it also has sizes that go way, way through the alphabet....

feel like an aficionado on this topic, am 22w pregnant with baby #2, still running with my comedy knockers, also am trainer specialising in pre and post natal fitness - have seen some whoppers in my time and these three bras are always my recommended shortlist

I can recommend 'double bagging' for zero bounce. I have a M&S sports bra, tis excellent (also hideous) but i also wear one of those crop top type sports bra over the top too.

im a 34F too...my friend who is bigger than me swears by double bagging and plays hockey with a girl who triple-bags!!!
