Please help, am at the end of mu tether!
My 19 month old used to sleep so well, from 8 weeks old he slept from 7.30-7.30, the about 2 months ago he started waking at 6.30am, and now for the last 2 weeks he is waking at 5 every morning.
The problem is we have black out blinds so there is no light coming in the room, so I know it's not that waking him, also he is still tired because if I bring him into our room or the living room he will fall back to sleep until 7.30. But if I leave him in his cot he screams for ages.
Any suggestions? Will try anything!
Thanks Lisa x

My ds (12 mths) went through a similar thing a few weeks back. As soon as we brought him into our bed, he would go off for another couple of hours !!

He gradually got himself out of it, but does occasionally still wake with the lark !!

I go in (as I would if he wakes in the night), make sure he has all comforters and then come straight out. He does protest very loudly for awhile!!, but after a few minutes does go back off.

my ds did this too.......after trying for a couple of weeks to get him to settle back in his cot without success we just started bringing him into our bed and all going back off to sleep for a bit longer. He eventually grew out of it and started sleeping til about 7.30 again (7pm bedtime)
