How can I sell on my designer handbag collection....

Other than ebay does anyone know of ways I can sell on my collection of designer handbags....

I have several Louis Vuitton handbags and tbh don't think I will get a buyer as think people are cautious about paying so much for an item off ebay iykwim (As well as me being wary iykwim)

There are companies around who hire out designer bags and I have spoken to a local one about buying off me but they choose to buy off companies direct.

Anyone have any other solutions..? I want to sell them due to no longer using them and needing the cash.

Do you have any high-end designer dress agencies locally? this kind of place

is this thread so that people ask you what you have and you can sell them off the for sale board?

Oh gosh, NO I didn't do it to get people to ask what I had etc....

I have listed them unser the sale threads BUT like I said I think people will be put off by the price etc .
I have got LV to send me copies of my purchases to proove they are genuine and I have listed them on ebay BUT thought it may be better if I could sell them to a shop iykiwm..

I don't have anything local that I know of that would buy them so wondered if anyone else had ideas...

for those interested : I have atm x3 Louis Vuitton bags. Prices from £85 to £400..I do also have a smallish (evening type) Burberry bag...£80 inc p&p

BTW, I have also listed on ebay...any other ideas..?

you might be better to try to sell them through a shop in a bigger city, manchester or liverpool?

I have found a shop that hire out designer bags in manchester but they won't buy 2nd hand..Hmmm...not sure where else would..will keeping "googling"..

Have you tried the Elite Dress Agency, they have a big branch in Mcr city centre and one in Altrincham.

teadr1nker,thanks for that..Have looked at their website and will speak to them tomorrow...will see if its worthwhile as looking at it they keep 45% of sale..
