Property roll call - who's trying to sell ?

Well we are back on the market as of next monday, after having been on the market since September. We've redecorated, hidden all the kids toys and dealt with the damp. Lets hope for a buoyant property market in the new year

We're on the market. Have three people fighting over our house. But........... They all still have to sell there own properties. Which really isn't any help to us.

'Cos we haven't actually sold we can't buy and in October lost a house which we loved. I have now stopped looking (just browsing ) sick of the disappointment.

Good Luck to all - I have heard the market is picking up. I sure hope so.

Well we have a sold sign up as of yesterday but until everything is signed sealed and delivered I still consider myself 'for sale'

Ours isn't going on the market until the end of Feb - still got lots of decorating and a new bathroom to put in ...hope everyone's sales go well.

Ooh, we are going on market at end of Feb, Joash. Anyone ever heard of any houses/flats for sale on Mumsnet? Worth posting, you think....?

Add me to the list.The sign went up on Weds and they came to do the brochure on Fri (4 HOURS!!!) Had a viewer yesterday but I am not doing them so packed up DS's and dog and cleared out! Have found my dream house so am praying for it to happen fast. Everything crossed for all of us
