Too few health visitor visits? Central Scotland

I just want to ask if it's normal that I've only seen my daughters health visitor 3 times, and my girl is almost 1? She's not been back since girly was 3 months old, I text her and she's said she won't be back until she's between 14-15 months? I know the NHS is struggling, and in my own opinion my daughter is fine, but I find it concerning for others that if my daughter hasn't been seen by a baby health professional since she got her last vaccines at 4 months.. she's not been weighed, checked or otherwise, is that happening to other babies? And obviously we've been through a weaning journey, she's started crawling, almost walking, trying to speak etc. Lots of development and milestones, just doesn't sit right..

That’s pretty normal in our area (not Scotland) although in some areas they also have drop in baby clinics where you can go and take baby to be weighed if you have any concerns, or you can always contact the HV or go and see the GP. What is it you feel you are missing out on checks wise?
