Blackcurrent flavour etc, it is not Grenadine or creme de cassis, its another name.

A drink DH and I recall from our youth.

And it reminds DH of the Rocks Organic squash we are currently drinking.

I will remember it when I hear it, I am sure...

See, thats what I googled, but I am pretty sure it was not called that...I know its what it is now.

Is that the Brand or type of drink?

here

Syrop de cassis - thats the one.

I am sure it was called something different tho. But thats it. I just looked and found it too.

They do it in grenadine, but its not the name.

I wonder what I am thinking of then? I hate that, when your memory plays tricks on you.

Thanks ReallyBadCrush!

It has been called Teisseire since the 70s, which is when I tried it for the first time.

There are lots of rip-off/own brand versions, but it's the best!

DNMW - I think we had ripped off versions of it!!!

We were just sitting here in bed drinking Rocks and DH said it reminded him of the french syrup in tubes, and I had one of those visual memories with a name, but could not remember what it was.

I am still not 100% I got it!
