for my son, he won't wear baseball caps, I would like to get something that has a good brim, he is wearing his big sister's sun hat atm, straw thing with lots of pretty colours in it a bit like this

hat

which is fine at home but not for nursery.
he likes huckleberry finn, so anything like that would be good, I am at a loss where to start looking.

On holiday in Bude (Devon) last week the sun wa SO hot we had to buy a hat for our 17 month old and needed to get one with a strap. The ONLY hat in the whole of Bude was a Roxy one for £8 from a surf shop there. It as a massive wide brim that protects both her eyes an the back of her neck and suprise suprise, she won't take the thing off!

I don't know if you're near the coast for a surf shop but I'd definitely reccommend the Roxy baby range for good sun-safe hats.
