we've got a babysitter booked with them this eve but need to cancel - I can't find out how you go about canceling, on their website, if you have to pay the full fee or just a cancellation fee.... and the office closed at 4pm today.
Anyone else know what happens in this situation??

How are you going to let the babysitter know that you don't need them if the office has closed?

usually they call an hour before they are due to arrive..

we had to cancel once at short notice when dd came down with a sick bug. They still take the booking fee but you don't pay the babysitter. (We felt so bad about that that we requested the same one next time and tipped her massively.)

If you can't get hold of the office, you'll just have to tell the sitter when she calls you to confirm later.
