Happy 2025 everyone!!
I'm after some advice from fellow health anxiety sufferers, I want to really kick my health anxiety's a*s in 2025 and I'm wondering what others have tried that has helped them?
I do not want to go on antidepressants or SSRI's, I'd rather try natural remedies and get to the root cause of the anxiety and rid it from my life.
I have had therapy which has helped. I am much better than I was but it still creeps in my mind daily.
Open to suggestions and any advice.
