are there any Personal Trainers on line please? I'd love a quick bit of help re my exam.

I did YMCA level 2 fitness trainer last year and I'm currently doing level 3 and persoanl trainer together (ie nutrition, TIDE, advanced resistance etc).

Unfortunately I missed three weeks in April because of a long standing holiday commitment and I'm now really behind and trying to catch up. I missed the full day on Care Stability and 4 sessions of TIDE.

If anyone did their exam fairly recently enough to give me any tips or pointers on those and any other subjects I'd be very grateful.

I did YMCA course a couple of years ago. Just know the manuals and know exactly what they want in the SP2s and other forms and follow the YMCA structure for the forms for the practicals and you'll be fine!!

Not sure what TIDE is - thats a new one on me and feeling dim not being able to work it out.

TIDE is Training in different environments (ie, walking outdoors, muscular strength exercises outdoors etc)

What are SP2s? I'm doing the YMCA but via a college, not direct with YMCA. Perhaps it makes a difference.
