I did YMCA level 2 fitness trainer last year and I'm currently doing level 3 and persoanl trainer together (ie nutrition, TIDE, advanced resistance etc).
Unfortunately I missed three weeks in April because of a long standing holiday commitment and I'm now really behind and trying to catch up. I missed the full day on Care Stability and 4 sessions of TIDE.
If anyone did their exam fairly recently enough to give me any tips or pointers on those and any other subjects I'd be very grateful.
