I have just complained that my order was 3 days late and they say t hey dont guranteee it

this happened to me, guaranteed next day delivery when I placed the order, and then an email to say part of the order would be anything up to a week. Ended up being everything except one item that was late. I think it's only next day if they feel like it.

hate hate hate next delivery. don't shop there any more and haven't for 2 years now. we fell out over me paying part of my bill with £100 of gift vouchers via the post and them telling me that they hadn't received it - even though the cheque sent to pay the balance (in the same envelope) was received.
