How do you unblock a sink that connected to Sani flo

Does anyone have a Sani-flo system? So our sink, toilet & shower is connected to the Sani-flo pro. . We put macerater fluid down the loo, but the sink keeps blocking up (l think it’s caused by gel soap), tried plunging & black gunk comes up. Just wondering what I can use? Thanks

You can put the macerator stuff down the sink and shower too

Thanks I will try that. I know you have to be careful with certain chemicals because of the seal in the S F system, but makes sense if I can put it down the loo.

Loo & shower drain fine, just the basin is blocked, it’s just gunky. The bathroom basin blocks up too- I feel it’s these hand soap gels that cause the problem. I just use mr muscle down the bathroom basin but obviously not in the en-suite because of the SF
