Hello, my 3 and 5 year olds recently had HFMD, now I’ve caught it and it’s horrendous!
Both my children shook it off in a few days, my poor daughter had a couple of bad days with it and my son was pretty unfazed.
Other than having pneumonia at 8 months pregnant this is the most ill I’ve been. Feeling totally depleted of energy, bad headaches and covered in red, tender spots and some blisters, and ulcers in my mouth. The spots are all over my hands and the soles of my feet, on my knees, elbows, legs and ankles and my nose. It’s painful to walk, talk, eat and do basic things like brushing my teeth and washing my hands. 😩
Posting really for a bit of solidarity. Is anyone else suffering with this at moment?? Have you got the rash to this extent? I’ve heard HFMD is doing the rounds at the moment.
