Any Italians who can tell me what this wine is and where I might get it in the UK?

I got it as part of a Christmas gift set with a bag of biscotti. It is DELICIOUS and I want more. Its like a cross between a pudding wine and sherry.

Here's what it says on the label:

Santa Fida
Vin liquoroso
Affinato in caratelli di rovere
NISTRI
vini in Toscana

I'm guessing its a liqueur from Tuscany, but my Italian is.........zilch.

Very grateful in advance .

Isn't that vin santo? Could be wrong, but you could probably pick up a bottle from a delicatessen if you have one nearby. Have you been soaking the biscotti in it before you eat them?

Ooh no, sounds nice though. I opened the biscotti first for dunking in coffee and eating. Only discovered how yum the wine was when all the biscotti had gone.

It would be great if I can get hold of it easily - will search out an Italian Deli tomorrow.
