Court on Friday and no pre sentencing report? Please read last thread!

Hi,

Me again. Please read my other thread as it’s a insight into this.

Found out today that the judge has not ordered a pre sentence report from probation and Im not sure why. Isn’t this to advise of any mitigating factors and look at all past history to make an appropriate sentencing? They barrister was going to see if this was needed.

My psychiatrist report also stated they thing I have borderline personality disorder more so then bipolar now, but may still be that, so I’m confused what will court take from this?

I now defiantly think with no pre sentencing report I’m will defiantly get custodial.

The prisons are already over-crowded. You pose no danger to society. You have a diagnosed mental health condition. You are showing deep contrition for what happened. A psychiatrist's report and evidence of strong supportive family back-up would be really helpful. I would guess a suspended sentence and probation would be the most likely outcome. Also evidence that you are receiving counselling and if that takes place by phone, a statement that you are the one that instigates the call at the agreed time, this shows that you are actively seeking help. I thought they were supposed to take into account the effect on your child too.
