Have you tried contacting the local pony club for recomendations? They may at least be able to tell you what's good and what's not - although that does also depend on the quality of the pony club! Or the local tack shop?

Also, BHS website has lists of BHS approved riding schools - you may already have checked there, but it's a good starting point.

Thanks for the info, I checked the BHS list and also got some recomendations. It is not perfect but will keep her going until we move.
