Can I copy music from a CD onto a blank one?

yes,if you have a cd rewriter on your computer,you will need to rip the music cd to computer and then burn it to the blank cd.

As long as it's only for your own use, I think it's legal to do, but not 100% sure.

If you have itunes, just copy the CD into itunes and burn it onto a new disc. Should take 10 minutes max.

You're allowed to make extra copies for your own back-up use. You're not allowed to copy them to sell them.

Thanks everyone. I did it via Itunes (with a little help from my younger brother!), it was really easy to do. And I made a great cd
