Do you love Donald Trump?

I’ve noticed over the the Trump years that many Americans and people of other nationalities seem to absolutely adore him with messianic zeal.
Is this a totally un-British thing, or are there people here who also feel this way?
I don’t, btw - it’s anathema to me. I don’t get it.

People are just as admiring of people like Farage. I know plenty of British who like Trump.

It’s weird isn’t it? I think the closest we have got is the Jeremy Corbyn chants at festivals. And that is very minor compared to the Trump fans.

Is that not an American thing? Have you seen the crowds when Kamala Harris speaks? It's just as creepy.
