I have recently purchased clothing from this company, costing £170. I have sent 10 emails so far asking to return items. I was offered a 30% and then 35% discount if I agreed to keep the items. They are of no use to me. I want to return and have a refund. The address given in Bedfordshire is wrong. The warehouse owner has no connection or contact details for this company. I was eventually given an address in CHINA for the return, at a cost, to me, of £25. I am not confident from other reviews that my parcel would ever arrive at the address and I would not receive the refund.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU THINK YOU MAY WISH TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASES!!

The Return & Exchange page on their website states, “If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer returns or exchanges …” and clearly gives a UK address for returns. DO NOT BELIEVE THIS.

I wish to return three dresses and went through the various steps they outline on their Return & Exchange page. However, they have refused to give me a full refund unless I return the items to an address in China. This would cost me £34.20 instead of £9.95 to the UK (tracked and signed for). I pointed them in the direction of their Return & Exchange page and they replied saying that the UK warehouse is currently not available for returns. There is nothing on their website about this or to inform customers that returns now have to be made to China. I was first offered a 30% refund if I kept the dresses, then 35% and, finally, 40%. I repeatedly said that I want a full refund and would be happy to post the items to their UK address, as per their Return & Exchange policy - this was ignored.

Eventually, in an attempt to find a middle ground, I reluctantly said I would agree to keep the items and accept a 75% refund. I have heard nothing since, despite emailing again to ask for a response.

They are a completely untrustworthy company … STEER WELL CLEAR.
