Attention all vapers. Do not order from the entrepreneur at vapesale.eu
Their customer service is absolutely terrible. They claimed that the payment had not gone through. They demanded screenshots from my bank accounts. Screenshots cannot (and should not or must not) be taken from mobile banking.
The worst part was that they sent me screenshots of SOMEONE ELSE'S BANK TRANSFERS.
I contacted my own bank. They said it is very likely a scam and phishing attempt. I had to cancel my cards.
What a load of crap.
Many probably think it’s my own fault. Maybe it is. But nothing justifies sending screenshots of another customer’s banking details.
Be careful
I’m unlikely to get my money back.
