I am in the process of constructing a draft application form for grants/scholarships.
In addition to background/CV information, I want to ask questions about their experiences/influences, find out a bit about what is important to them, and hope to gain some insight into how they think. Applicants will also be interviewed.
Any suggestions for thought provoking questions/topics - both written and in person - would be much appreciated.
