Hi Everyone,
We are looking to move from London to either Watford/Bushey/St Albans area. We have a 20 month old boy and expecting another baby this July/August. We have family and friends in North London so ideally we don't want to move further away from the North.
I am very confused about the location. We usually drive to most places. However, I do need access to a near by station to get to London for work. We are looking for a 3 bed house with a maximum budget of £600,000.
Must haves include
Good schools
ideally close to a station
balanced community.
town centre not too far with driving
any suggestions as to what areas and postcodes should I be looking into?
