Aged 10 - but tall & slim

Full length legs, no arms but no necessarily the highest quality

In the summer, Asda and such places do cheapo wet suits. Otherwise, we buy ours when we go to the beach.

Oh, and having seen Fio's post, I do not consider myself that close to the coast - well near the Bristol channel but that is hardly the same is it?

KatyMac · 18/03/2008 18:36

I'm guessing they aren't in yet

My Mum & Dad have promised DD a wetsuit for her Easter present - which I think is a cool idea - but I don't think they know how much it will cost

They don't need to be that pricey, especially as your dd is going to grow out of it quite soon so no point getting a really top quality one. I guess the most recent one we bought cost about £30 but that was goodish quality. I definitely remember seeing some decent ones for £20 or less and I think the supermarket ones are cheaper but I might be wrong.

amidaiwish · 18/03/2008 18:44

here

i got one for DD1 (shorty) for swimming lessons (don't flipping ask), came very fast and has been great.

I got short-legged, short-armed ones for both my kids in Aldi of all places - but, like all things Aldi, they only have things for limited periods. Worth signing up to their mailing list and looking out for them if you have a local Aldi though.

CaptainUnderpants · 18/03/2008 18:49

Ebay Shop - take the mesaurements etc and you could get a resonably priced one - got two for my boys last summer - shortie ones though .

Cheaper than the ones that they were selling in Tesco !

KatyMac · 18/03/2008 18:56

Amidaiwish - that's great & a yellow one would match her boat

But TMMB....yours is well cheap but not mail order
