Just what the hell is Fanum Tax?

Hello Mumsnetters,

I have seen a trend of videos cropping up in my feed, talking about a thing called "Fanum Tax".
Does anyone know what it is? When I googled it, there were very little results. (All of the results available on google confused me. I know it's some sort of trend but I personally don't know what it's about.)
Has anyone else seen this before?

If anyone has any more information on it than what I've found, that would be very helpful.

It's a phrase used by a Twitch streamer - Fanum. who then got the mick taken out of him by others. Nothing important or world changing, so if you don't get it no worries.
