I have this debate with my work clleagues a lot. I have decided that i think hand blower thing is better, based on the fact that most people take way more paper towels than they need (girl in front of me a few minutes ago took 10!!!)

Hand dryer thingy makes my hands really sore so I never wash my hands after going to the loo

I use one paper towel per wash of hands

surely the most eco friendly would be those gross roller towels.
hand dryers increase the number of germs on your hands - probably not worth washing them in the first place. If the paper towels were recycled I guess they would be better than hand dryers

I think they are supposed to be washed and reused which is why they always look scabby
