Do you get an error message of any sort?

katzguk · 17/12/2004 21:26

i had this problem at my dads, not sure how to fix it though sorry! just wanted to let you know that you're not alone!

Just out of interest - how late can you order for Tesco delivery and get it delivered? Would be great to avoid the last minute rush for fresh veg and bread!

could you go to the microsoft website and download the latest version of active X and see if that does the trick???

In Internet Explorer, go to tools, options, security. Click on "custom level" and see what you have checked under "active X"

Mine are:
Autoprompt : disable
binary & script... : Enable
Download signed,,, : prompt
Download unsigned... : Disable
Initialise script...: Disable
Run active X plucing... : enable
Sript Active X... : enable

and my tescos shopping works.

This may be a complete red herring. It's possible that when you changed ISP your settings got changed though.

feastofstevenmom · 17/12/2004 21:39

try doesntxmasdragon's idea first as that's simpler and quicker!

if that doesn't work download the latest version of Direct X (think that contains the Active X thingies)

hth
