Anyone here work at a hooters restaurant do you have a certain body type to work there would they give a job to someone with a mum tum and stretch marks? I'm curious seen loads of plus sized women dresses up on instagram but none that seem to work there

No you don't but seems silly since everyone has there own preference what they like to see.

There probably aren't hoards of fat women queuing up to be the token fat waitress. Would you want to be?

And anyway, its their bar, their astethic, I couldn't get wound up about this. If you are, maybe start your own bar with fat waitresses, although it's probably already been done, and why does no one say thats discrimination towards thin waitresses?

Then why don't you see if you can get funding for a 'plus size' place similar to Hooters?

One place cannot provide every single type of waiting staff for every single customer's preference.

What if you like women 50+, or butch women, or men? It seems odd to focus on just overweight women.

Gender non conforming. I did already answer above. I have a barber cut and don't wear make up (nor do I have a clue how to apply make up). So I would not be hired as a hooters girl. I could be a waitperson with a barber cut and without make up but the hooters girl role is for an entertainer and has specific requirements. There are many people who would be discriminated against.
