Whatis the difference if any between 'sucre roux' and 'sucre brun'?

The sucre roux I get is much larger grain than the brun, which is quite fine. Looks exactly the same as cassonade. Don't know the difference between those two.

I use sucre roux when recipes call for demerara and brun for soft brown sugar. No disasters to far!

Thanks ib. In the end I used a mix of soft brown sugar and soft dark brown sugar, it worked fine.
