Convo on Radio 4 this afternoon about sanpro - woman heading some trade association or something for absorbent disposable sanpro manufacturers said we absolutely did want scented towels and tampons.

She said she and her daughter would have trouble living for a week each month without disp sanpro

Ugh, I hate 'scented' anything, and who, FGS, wants their fanjo to smell like a mini-cab???

Only ever use Dove bath products as less scented then most, and do not even get the aloe vera loo roll as would end up with a UTI so the thought of scented sanpro is truly not good

tried the perfumed stuff....(why I'll never recall, but it was new, and I like new...)

anyhow....made me itch and look like I had cooties on me fanjo, so never ever again!

why do men think we women need this (and it is men, I swear!)

DH says if you use tampons to control a nose bleed (one in each nostril) then scenting them might be a good idea as then it would not smell so bad?!

I am allergic to all synthetic perfumes so God knows what would happen if I ever went out of mind and used one of these foul products.

Washing and regular changing of underwear should deal with any nasty niffs.

Couldn't get the hang of the mooncup . Can get unbleached tampons. Still bad for the environment and pocket though.
