I have just posted on a thread where someone had to say something to someone but was worrying over it.
I recently had a situation where I had to go and ask/request something and dreaded it. So much that I lost sleep over it.
I felt bad, guilty even and snapped dreadfully at my family the day I decided to do it.
However, I took a deep breath and said what I had to say and it was over. It was so easy after that.
I just posted this to make others feel that if it needs saying, do it. You will feel like a whole concrete block has been lifted, even if the situation doesn't go your way.
