dp has just started a new job - it's make or break for us so we are both pinning everything on him doing well. He is selling windows for the biggest window company. He gets to go to the home appointments and is commission paid only so we are desperate for a sale for xmas!!
Last night he had an appointment with a lady, who he said was 79, and a lovely sweet little lady. All the way through his presentation she was telling him that her son held the purse strings and he lives in Australia and didnt want to do anything without him and so she couldnt give dp a decision etc etc till he rang his boss for the final price slash - as soon as he asked her about the lowest price she couldn't get her cheque book out quick enough!!!
So she got nirt cheap windows and he lost all his commission bless him!! He was gutted!!!! I thought it was the salesmen who were the hard ones!!
