what region dvds can be played in jamaica??

going on holiday to jamaica in 2 weeks and dps sister asked us to buy her dc some kids dvds but we have no clue what region dvds are played there. anyone know?? thankyou for your help in advance

Usually American DVD's but of course it depends on where she bought her DVD player. If she bought it there then it probably plays US DVD's.
