wild and imaginative ideas for being at home on a cold dismal day

any wild and wonderful ideas for what to do with a 3 year old and a 1 year old (just crawling) and a mummy and a daddy lacking in inspiration? we need to have some fun together at home. feeling a bit tired, getting over colds, generally down at heel

No wild and imaginitive ideas, but...

dancing - have a disco, everyone must do a 'solo' dance
make a huge den (indoors) and let them have apicnic lunch in there
Make home made play doh together (add food colouring/glitter etc) and then play with it
Have an indoor treasure hunt (use pictures rather than written clues)
Have amessy play day with cornflour and water in a baking tray (hide things in the gloop for little ones to find), cooked spaghetti with food colouring is great great fun to play with; put down sheets etc and fill a washing up bowl with soapy water to play with (make boats, or let them 'wash up')
