Well, as some of you may know we have sold our house.
We were hoping to exchange contracts before Xmas but cant now as it is too late - therefore, we have agreed to complete on teh sale of our house and then complete with the purchase of our new house in January.
We are now going to save nearly £700 in mortgage payments plus all household bills and i am so excited! although we are effectively, homeless over Xmas.
We are moving in with my parents for a couple of weeks but they are away for the week before Xmas and the week after so wont be in each others way too much.
We only decided this at about 7 p.m and so far i have 6 boxes packed plus about a doesn't black bin liners!
I am sooo pleased to be rid of this small bloody house and making some money for a change - WAHOOOO £40,000 in my bank, my bank manager will be pleased
