Popped Collars back in fashion?

Hi all!
I noticed the ‘popped collar’ is coming back into fashion (turning your shirt collar up on a polo shirt or a dress shirt)
I do like a collar up on my hubby on a nice polo.
Do any of you pop your collars?
And do you think collar up or down?

DH does it on polo shirts. I do it on one of my coats. I had no idea it was in or out!
