I've been doing my family tree for the last couple of years and it's been brought to my attention that the first Grand-daughter of each generation for the last 5 generations has the name Georgina in their name. I messed up and didnt give it to dd!!! Can i go back and add it??

Course you can! I changed my name at the Citizens Advice Bureau when my parents divorced. All it cost me was a donation (that was about 16 yrs ago though)

I think you can fill in a form from the Registry Office where you registered the birth. HTH

Oh good, glad you started this. After the dust setled when lottie was born I suddenly realised I hadn't given her my nana's name as her middle name and was gutted. I was all over the place and had somehow forgotton.

Am sure it can. My friend gave her first daughter a middle name when she was about 6

You can add a name to the birth cert in the first 12 months. How old is she?
