Because I called them last week, having got my laptop back after an accident ... 'tis a long story, but I've got two email addies now. And 2 MN names, though I hope they're similar enough so as to not cause confusion.
Anyway, anything that gets sent to my (new) email addy doesn't get through to this one, anything that's old doesn't get to 2sugarsagain(instead of 2 sugars)
