Hi, DS's application is being assessed this afternoon and will find out in the next couple of days if he is successful or not.

Just wondered what people normally do with younger siblings when they go to a job. Is it acceptable to bring them along or would I need to find childcare.

This is probably a bit premature but it may affect my decision whether to go ahead with it or not.

Any advice is welcome.

First of all, blimey is he gorgeous!!

My ds2 used to be with Scallywags (have stopped for the time being because his tantrums are in full swing) and at the jobs we went to, there never were any siblings. If I remember rightly, it even said something in their policy about not being allowed to bring other people because it might cause disruption at the shoot.

Hope that helps...

Thanks Michaelad!

I thought as much, I'll just have to try to think of some sort of childcare arrangement.

I don't suppose you have any idea what other people do? It's just that it will not be a regular arrangement so it would have to be very flexible!

It will be ok to take siblings along aslong as you keep them occupied with snacks and toys etc and they sit quietly it shouldnt be a problem. although if there are a few children you might have to find childcare instead

Thanks Tinker- I think I might have to find childcare cos ds is only 2.8yrs and I have an 18mo and am pg with no.3. Think will have to take the baby along and arrange care for 18mo dd.
