It's as simple as that! Was just looking enviously at the arrangements for the Xmas bash and am getting the feeling that the site is very London-centric! As a southerner who has somehow ended up in Birmingham and is desperate to have contact with local mums or mums2be in preparation for 1st sprog would love to know of anyone slightly more local!

I'm in Leamington Spa - there was a thread on Midland mumsnetters a while ago. We did try to orgnaise a meal, but it kind of fell through. Might be a good time to resurrect the idea though.

We're all over the place from Western Isles of Scotland to far flung and exotic locations throughout the world. There was a thread a month or so ago on which many people owned up to their general location - many are London & home counties - but many more are not. Try looking on this thread
