Oh you poor thing.

LGJ looks both ways, checks no one is looking and {{{{{{{{ Hugs }}}}}}}}}} YP.

Notices another MNer approaching and offers manly pat on the shoulder.

Not quite the same, but a few years ago we were going to Heathrow, we were slow getting on to the motorway from the slip road but we got on. Turned out that there had just been a huge police raid, guys on the ground with guns to their heads etc., etc., we had a quick shufty as you do and drove on.

Ten minutes later, they closed the slip road and stopped all traffic for forensics, it was closed for 4 hours. We would have missed our flight and by default our holiday in Ireland.

Again, just that scenario of another minute either way.....

we were on our way home from work one night and made a quick decision to pull in at a garage to get a drink (instead of the one further along which we usually stopped at)......when we continued our journey we arrived at the scene of an accident that had just happened, a head on caused by a car overtaking. It had hit the car that had been behind us when we pulled off the road into the garage.
It really does shake you up realising that something intervened in your life in this way. It so easily could have been us hit by that car.

Hope you feel calmer about it soon, i'm sure you're quite shook up by it.
