Really bad cellulite trying my hardest to lose it

My diet was horrendous and I've only just fixed it
I'd only drink full fat coke and some days only manage to eat chocolate. I have bad anxiety and these were the only things I could have. This went for for about 7 years. Because of the anxiousness I am only a UK size 4.

The bad diet has created the worst cellulite I've ever seen

Im doing 40 squads
40 hip thrusts just now
2 reps of hitting the back of my foot? (Don't know what it's called)
I am pretty unfit too.
I can feel my legs and bum tighter

I started drinking 2 litres of water daily and I noticed it almost half but I notice it comes back when I don't drink enough. Is that normal?

What else can I do? All YouTube videos or googling all contradict themselves does anyone have any advice that worked for them

Cellulite is genetic. Although being overweight can make it more prevalent, being a uk size 4 doesn't sound like that's the case.

Cellulite is completely normal. Just like stretch marks are. I understand it can affect self esteem and how you see your body, but it's nothing to be embarrassed or shamed of.

Sorting out your diet and exercise routine is the best thing for you to do in order to stay healthy. But there's not a great deal that can be done for cellulite.

Hello, sorry, very quick post of insomniac! Mernuts is correct, and I kicked myself later for not saying more. Cellulite can be genetic, my late DM didn't have any. It is normal and natural, but if you don't like or want it....well!!! Don't fall for any hype, waste of money, fancy creams. There is no magic remedy. Of course realizing your eating anxiety problem is great. Most of us would admit to ating something or sometime, in this state. My oldest daughter is a masseuse , she told me about the body brushing. I started off doing to feet, legs uptowards the heart, then just consentrated on the cellulite, after a bath or shower, I didn't find it caused any dryness.Nothing to stop you putting on a bit of cocoa butter or something afterwards if you have dry skin. Your lower leg excersises will tighen strengthen your lower legs, that's it. Obviously I don't know how old you are, anything about your lifestyle. Even basic walking with help with fitness. I was always, skinny, size 8, cellulite, at the meno

I have seen YouTube videos where people do lose not all but most. Even if i could lose half I'd be so happy

Water retention seems to be a big cause for me
As soon as I drink 2 litres a lot of it isn't visible

There is a lot of hype about needing to drink huge amount of water daily. Every fluid is.... fluid, lot of fruit and veg carries a lot of water. If you think fluid retention is a problem for you, book a deep tissue massage with a Podiatrist, see if that helps.

Isn't poor circulation a major cause - cellulite loves you to sit still. So lots of walking and moving and getting your circulation going will probably help. But try not to get too obsessed with it as there is probably only so much you can do.

I wasn't sitting around when it reared its ugly head with me,I was working 5 nights a week nursing,4 kids, looking after my grandson, huge garden. Chicken, cats, other small animals,2 collies to walk, and doing up a house. Then I took on, collecting my friends kids from school....4 of them, till her or her DH came home from work.

BMI 21 martial artist. Terrible cellulite. Nothing gets rid of it and I have noticed it on my fit DD10 when she sits down in shorts. It's just the way it is. Although I think that is awfully young?
