Egg incubating...Please help!

Has anyone ever incubated poultry eggs? I am a total novice but am just about to begin incubating six bantam eggs (Brinsea 20)
How much water do you put in to start with?
I'm terrified of getting it all wrong.

Well all you chickeny people, I have 15 eggs in my RCom20 incubator, it is day 18, I have just raised the humidity, stopped the turning and lowered the temp slightly - should have chicks on Wed or thereabouts! Cross your fingers for my hatch

Oh your way ahead - haven't even got my eggs yet. Have ordered some Sassos for Beginning of April.
