Anyone got a pliko pramette who can help me please?

I stupidly bought a pliko pramette off EBAY that was just a chasis with the harness attached, I then forked out for the seat cover but there's nowhere for the straps to hook on to the pushchair at the back, there are just 2 screws at the bottom, so my lo can lean quite far forward is this how it is supposed to be?

I think there should be a little hook on the back.

I have the instructions in front of me. It says

Using the harness tidy:
You will find a tab on the adjustment yoke at the back of the of harness where the shoulder straps join the waist strap. Place the tab on the adjustment yoke through the fabric loop n the middle of the backrest when now in use.

Don not use the harness tidy while the harness is fitted to the child.

So I guess it has to be 'free'
