Band b on council list but I am in arrears

I am band b on the council list but I am also in rent arrears of just over a month which is being paid off monthly in small chunks, I am bidding on houses but wondering if I won't be offered anything until the rent arrears are paid off, or if it's ok because they're being paid off monthly? Thank you
