I have just realized that I have found the answer as to why the older generation seem to have a uniform of clothing.
Older ladies wearing dresses that have massive button fastening down the length of the dress.
Answer because they cannot raise their arms to pull on a dress and big buttons due to arthritis.
Older men wearing cardigans same as above.
I would like to same I had a light bulb moment but nah it is because I have to do all of the above. Just thought I would share☹
